The 2-1-1 Texas website uses the databases of local Area Information Centers and gives you the ability to search for free information on health and human services from more than 60,000 state and local programs.

Texas Health and Human Services

HHSC oversees the operations of the health and human services system, provides administrative oversight of Texas health and human services programs, and provides direct administration of some programs.

Texas A&M Health Science Center

Scientists within the Texas A&M Health Science Center are conducting ground breaking research to help treat veterans suffering from burn injuries, amputations, blindness, traumatic brain injury, spinal damage, and post traumatic stress disorder.
